Requirements for LAX II:​
​1) Scoop the ball without assistance
2) Cradle for a decent amount of time without dropping the ball
3) Throw or pass in a chosen direction
Equipment Needed for LAX II:
Boys: stick, helmet, gloves, cup and mouthpiece
Girls: Stick, goggles or helmet and mouthpiece
